Today We Remember

Today all students participated in our annual Remembrance Day Ceremony. The Grade 4 students and Mrs. Hebenton did a great job leading the ceremony and helping us remember the importance of this day.

We also started Follow Your Passion Fridays today! Here are 3 things we learned at F.Y.P.F.:
1. "In Learn a New Language I learned a language called dutch. One word that I learned is d'appel which means apple." P.D.
2. "In Slime I learned that when you make slime it gets really watery and then it turns slimy." M.C.
3. "In baking I learned when you make a mug cake that you would like to have a bigger cup otherwise it will overflow. Also you don't want too much baking powder or it could explode." A.C.

Reminders:
1. Our next field study is to Arts Common on November 19th. We will need 4 volunteers for this trip. It is an all day trip. Please email Miss. Moore if you can help out.
2. Science Home Journals went home today! Moms and Dads, you have homework! Please respond to the question in the journal. Return no later than next Wednesday.
3. No school Monday. Please take time to remember.
