Week 12 Learning Plan Overview

Hello Room 2!
We are down to our second last week of online learning. I'm a bit sad, as I know this means the end of the year is really here, but also happy, as I look at the possibility of returning to the classroom to the Fall.

Reminders for this week:
We will have our second last Google Meet on Tuesday, June 16th at 10am.

Student belonging pick up will occur between June 24-26. You can stop by the school during school hours on one of those days. If you be away or need to arrange for an alternate day, please call the school to make alternate arrangement.

Mystery Word Work-

Make as many words as you can, and to make the mystery word using all the letters.

Making Spelling Corrections-

  2. If you are going to work with 3 digit numbers, each person is dealt 3 cards.

  3. The aim of the game is to make a number as close as possible to 50 if making 2-digit number, 500 if making 3-digit numbers or 5000 if making 4-digit numbers.

  4. The players arrange their card to make a number as close as possible to 50, 500 or 5000.

  3. If the player can make an equation, they keep the cards. If they can’t make an equation, the cards are flipped back over and remain in the same place.
