A Visit from an Arctic Expert

Today we had a guest visitor, Mr. Mike, who is an expert from the Arctic Institute. He came to share with us and teach us about life in the Arctic.
Here's some new things we learned about the Arctic:
1. "I learned that hammers are made of a horn of an animal, and the animal was a Muskox." M.C.
2. "I learned that sometimes Polar Bears can be used as a decoration when you hunt them. First you need to take the teeth out and the eyes." A.Z.
3. "I learned in the Arctic that it takes a year to get clothes because on the other side there is a huge ocean. They have to make their clothes. If you order clothes, it takes a year to ship to the island." A.B.
4. "I learned that lamps were made out of stone. They put oil and Cottonwood string and used the reflection from the sun to make it work." S.O.
5. "I learned that they made snow goggles out of Caribou bone and seal skin." A.H.

Reminders:
